Clara Lee Aragon, 34 and Christopher John Aragon, 47 of Capistrano Beach, can buy temporary freedom for $1M bail each. Their accomplices, Marcus Phillipe Rojas, 32, of Mission Viejo and Guy Itzak Shitrit, 23, of Miami Sailor are being held on $100,000 bail each.

The arrest of Christopher Aragon, together with Shitrit on Saturday took place after the store security suspiciously called on them. They found 70 different credit cards to their possession and $13,000-worth of Coach Bags, each bought with a different credit card.

Detectives served search warrant at the Aragon’s residence on Tuesday which led to the arrest of Aragon’s wife and Rojas. They found more Coach Bags, 100 fake credit cards, iPods, cameras, half ounce of cocaine and four pounds of marijuana.

According to the Police, Modus operandi to siphon money involves two steps. First, they need to purchase goods and items using bogus credit cards and then second, return the goods for cash or sell them on e-Bay.

Charged with commercial Burglary, Christopher Aragon and Shitrit are now at Orange County Jail together with Clara Aragon who is suspected of stealing property and Rojas on possession of marijuana.

Detectives are currently working with American Express and investigators from the banks where the Visa and MasterCard account information was obtained, Sailor said.
