Scott Olivieri has pleaded guilty to one count of identity theft and one count of a scheme to defraud. Both the charges are felonies.

The man, while living in Pleasantville over a seven month period, stole the identities of three people and opened credit cards in their names without their knowledge or consent.

He used these credit cards to steal about $22 000.

The felon was arrested after a warrant for his arrest was issued. The man was caught by New York State police and was turned over to the Pleasantville Police Department who had conducted the identity theft investigation.
